Located in Hontanx d’Armagnac (40), this domain was a polyculture domain (dairy cows and 5 ha of vines, exclusively Baco).
Every year, the owner made the effort to bring in the mobile still to build up his armagnac cellar.
He had set up a sale of bottles at the property for people passing through.

Nose
Very woody character and brings out the flavors of vanilla and old plums

The woodiness gives way to the flavors of prunes and candied apples.
Overall
On the finish, the spicy side appears, and a slight bitterness reinforces the sensation of stewed fruits in the mouth.
