From the winery, from domaine du Pouy, you can see the proud and superb cathedral of Condom, and its gothic cloister. Tasting note
Nose
The first nose reveals spicy notes with the presence of licorice. Then comes the brioche side for this Pouy 2006 domain.
The candied fruits and the greediness of the dried apricot emerge from the glass.
Palate
Aromas of roasted coffee, vanilla and we find well in mouth the liquorice. The power is expressed in this 2006.
Overall
In the finish we feel the woody of the oak and the sweetness of the caramel.
An invitation to continue this tasting of this armagnac with a younger, lively and silky profile.
