This gin is made from distilled juniper berries and a blend of a distillate of whole Quebec cucumber, freshly pressed with its peel. On the nose, the combination of cucumber and juniper berry aromas produces notes of white pepper, which continue on the palate for a light finish. Enjoy chilled, with a splash of tonic.
