Crafted by traditional continuous still distillation from Folle Blanche, Colombard, this 1993 vintage from the Domaine Lous Pibous expresses all the depth and character of the Bas-Armagnac terroir. Bottled uncut and unfiltered straight from the cask.
Tasting notes: Golden amber robe. Honey, dried flowers and fine wood on the nose. Ample and silky palate with candied fruit, gentle spice and a hint of delicate rancio. Long and aromatic finish.
Serving: Best enjoyed neat at room temperature in a tulip glass. Perfect digestif or special occasion spirit. Cuvée #123.
