White the Encantada

The Blanche L’Encantada is a unique and original white eau-de-vie crafted by L’Encantada, always driven by the desire to surprise and push the boundaries of artisan Gascon spirits.

This white Armagnac is a blend of three grape varieties: Baco, Ugni Blanc and Colombard – each bringing its own distinctive character. Unaged and bottled immediately after distillation in the traditional Armagnac alembic pot still, it preserves the raw, vibrant and aromatic character of the fresh distillate.

Tasting notes: Crystal clear. The nose is fresh, lively and expressive, with white fruit aromas (pear, apple, citrus zest) and a subtle floral note. On the palate, the attack is clean and vibrant, with a fruity and slightly spiced palate. Perfect for cocktails and long drinks.
