Description
From the Gascon word for “poplars”, the Lous Pibous estate was named after the trees at the bottom of the vineyard slope.
Tasting note
Nose
A woody fragrance reminiscent of antique furniture. You can smell the cinnamon and burnt caramel. Hints of blackcurrant jam and molasses.
Palate
Molasses, blackberry jam. Candied fruit with notes of ground cloves and cinnamon.
