This rum is the result of a unique manufacturing process, at the heart of which is the Victoria pineapple. The pineapple rind is infused with Plantation 3 Stars for one week, then pot still distilled, while the pineapple flesh is infused with Plantation Original Dark for three months. The distillate and infusion are then blended and placed in casks, where they rest for three months.
