Pastis handcrafted on the Causse du Larzac. Its base of star anise and licorice is enriched with fennel, thyme, hyssop… and other plants picked on the Homs farm, for a fine, complex marriage. Enjoy with fresh water as an aperitif (1 part to 5-8 parts water), or neat as a digestive.
